Welcome to Your Guided Practice

Please watch this short intro video and read the practice options below - before you do the full guided practice.

Practice Options:

When to do this practice?
Because it's both energizing and grounding, this practice could be done anytime other than at night before bed. Some options:

  • First thing in the morning as a morning practice
  • Before you have sex, to get into your body and out of your head. Then bring this solid foundation of embodiment, breath & connection with self INTO sex. Your partner/lover will be very pleased.
  • Before you do a self-pleasure practice, again, for similar reasons.
  • After you have sex or self-pleasure - IF you choose to not ejaculate. This practice will help you circulate (transmute) your heightened sexual energy/arousal through your body so it energizes you (and doesn't result in blue balls).

Music Recommendations?
I made this practice specifically to match one of my favorite songs to do embodiment practice to. "Servants of the Mystery" by Byron Metcalf. If you press play on this song within a few seconds of pressing play on the guided practice video, the practice & song will line up perfectly.

What makes this a "sexual embodiment" practice?
The incorporation of your genitals and pelvic floor makes this practice fundamentally different from any yoga or qigong class you'll go to in a studio. While it's true that nothing "sexual" happens in the guided practice, you are still incorporating breath & touch in relationship to genitals - thus including your FULL and sexual self in the practice.

*Challenge: sometime after completing this practice, take any of the poses/moves you just did, and create your own 5-minute embodiment practice you can do whenever you need to connect with self.
